The idea
Parallel execution, retries, metadata tagging, structured reporting — these aren't advanced features. They're table stakes for any serious test suite. In Test Junkie they are part of the core, so there is no plugin to find, pin or configure.
Test Junkie ships all of it. One install, zero plugins, zero configuration overhead. If you can write a Python class, you can run a parallel, retrying, fully reported test suite.
There's no DSL to memorize, no framework-specific idioms that mean nothing outside of testing. The decorators are plain Python — they do exactly what they say, and the arguments are just keyword arguments. If you already know Python, you already know Test Junkie.
